Municipal Innovation Laws
Complementary Law nº 388 of 07 June 2019. Provides rules regarding the municipal policy of economic development and innovation aimed at increasing and promoting economic incentive measures to consolidate industrial activities, commercial, support environments for science, technology, entrepreneurship, provision of service and innovation in the municipality and repeals law no. 3721/2007, which specifies and makes other arrangements.
Lei nº 5.276, of 23 July 2019. Regulates the economic freedom rights contemplated by the municipal economic development policy of the municipality of joaçaba, instituting a free zone of innovation, which specifies and makes other arrangements.
Decree nº 5.888, of 27 February 2020. Regulates an appeal procedure for technological companies covered by law no. 5.276/2019, which specifies and makes other arrangements.
