Guide of the Centers

SDE developed a guidance manual with all the guidelines and step by step for the implantation of the Santa Catarina Centers. The Ecosystem Development Guide and Innovation Centers – with 3 books – was designed for local work teams, the so-called Deployment Committees. Yet, the Guide also serves to implement any innovation habitat, since it offers portfolios of solutions that can be fully customized .

Book I - Concepts, Fundamentals and Pact for Innovation: brings the concept of Innovation Center used by the Government, presents the Network of Centers program and the future vision of the State Government for Santa Catarina.

Book II - Implementation Plan: brings a route to implement the Centers and put them into operation. Points on this route include: ecosystem activation, development of innovative culture, portfolio of services to be offered by the Centers, management model, Business model, strategic planning, occupation plan, legal form, organizational structure, regulatory documents, financial sustainability, among others.

Book II – Attachments: brings the document templates (in open documents – .doc) to be applied at the Centers
